Karen Lee

An MBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Karen previously served as associate director of MBA admissions at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Before that, she was director of the Asian Pacific Alumni Program at the University of Southern California. Karen has worked extensively in leadership development and MBA recruitment at a S&P 500 / Fortune 500 leader in the healthcare industry and at billionaire Eli Broad’s prestigious Broad Residency program, recruiting and coaching MBAs from many top programs. In addition to her MBA education from Kellogg, Karen earned a master’s degree in sociology from the University of California San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from UCLA. She speaks conversational Mandarin.
