Alina Liao

An MBA graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Alina was also offered admission with major scholarships to Chicago Booth and Michigan Ross. She has advised applicants – including career changers – on gaining admission to leading MBA programs including Stanford GSB, Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Ross. Alina’s professional background spans consulting, education, project management, talent management, nonprofit strategy, and entrepreneurship. As vice president of an economic consulting firm, she managed clients including Google, Samsung and AT&T. After getting her MBA, Alina co-founded a tech nonprofit, featured in Forbes, and Fast Company, providing mental health coaching to youth. She is currently founder and CEO of a wellness company. In addition to her MBA degree, Alina has a master’s in education from Stanford. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics and English at Yale University, where she was captain of the women’s gymnastics team, USA National Collegiate Senior Gymnast of the Year, and Academic All-Ivy.
