Background
With MBA Exchange since 1999, Melinda has engaged with thousands of applicants and hundreds of consultants and editors. Now senior director, she is on the front line of evaluation requests from aspiring b-school applicants. Prior to joining MBA Exchange, while in Chicago she was at McKinsey & Company; worked as a freelance writer, editor and proofreader; was site-visit lead at Chicago Foundation for Women; and became a certified Montessori school teacher. She graduated from Indiana University with a double major in English and journalism, and has copyedting certification from University of Chicago.
