An MBA graduate from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Mr. Min was selected by their MBA admissions staff to serve as an Ambassador Captain. In that role, he interacted directly with applicants and provided input to the adcom on exceptional individuals. As an applicant, he also earned acceptances to Wharton, INSEAD, IMD and UCLA. After joining The MBA Exchange in 2007, he helped numerous MBA applicants gain admission to top-tier business schools. Mr. Min’s professional background includes entrepreneurship in the general aviation industry as well as international and domestic business development, sales, sales management, and corporate strategy for Fortune 200 companies such as global semiconductor distributor Avnet and $15-billion conglomerate Textron. He was an Officer and pilot in the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his MBA degree, Mr. Min holds a bachelor of science degree in art and design from MIT. He is fluent in Korean.
Ms. Bender oversees a variety of sales and service activities for The MBA Exchange. An MBA graduate of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, she majored in marketing and management. While attending Fuqua, Ms. Bender worked in the admissions office advising MBA applicants. Her personal admissions campaign produced offers of acceptance from four top-tier schools. With over a decade at The MBA Exchange, she has guided 100+ applicants (including two who lacked undergraduate degrees) in gaining admission to leading MBA programs including Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, MIT Sloan, INSEAD, London Business School, IMD and Toronto Rotman. Prior to joining The MBA Exchange in 2008, Ms. Bender gained pharmaceutical industry experience through management positions in marketing, sales and human resources for a leading benefits-management company. She also worked in sales and information technology at Eli Lilly and Company. Ms. Bender earned a bachelor of arts degree cum laude in mathematics from Hanover College. She studied services marketing, leadership, employee and customer loyalty, and business ethics at The Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University.

An MBA graduate of Harvard Business School, Mr. Bauer’s career includes management positions with Citicorp, MasterCard International, and DDB Needham Worldwide. He is a trusted advisor to individuals seeking the best in business education. Before founding The MBA Exchange in 1996, his experience included interviewing and assessing MBA applicants on behalf of the Harvard Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from Ohio University. Mr. Bauer has served on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School Club of Chicago, and provided leadership for organizations including the American Marketing Association and Sales & Marketing Executives International. He is a member of the Association of Independent Graduate Admissions Consultants, Independent Education Consultants Association and the Higher Education Consultants Association, and an affiliate member of the National Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals.
Ms. Mathias has been affiliated with The MBA Exchange since 1999. Prior to that, she worked at McKinsey & Company in editing and document production. She oversees key processes including operations and internal and external communications. Ms. Mathias earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from Indiana University, and a Certificate in Basic Manuscript Editing from the University of Chicago.
An MBA graduate of INSEAD (France and Singapore), Mr. Punwani has interviewed applicants and prepared other alumni interviewers on behalf of INSEAD. Over the past decade he has helped numerous applicants gain offers of admission and substantial financial aid from the most competitive MBA programs in the US and Europe. His professional background includes sales management, corporate strategy and brand development in China, India and Singapore for consumer goods companies Colgate Palmolive and Goodyear. More recently, he co-founded a renewable energy company operating in India and Sub-Saharan Africa; the company’s patented technology was voted among the “top 10 ideas to change the world” by CNBC Global. Mr. Punwani has also served as a management consultant for strategy formulation, due diligence and process optimization for corporations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and gained entrepreneurial experience in Europe. In addition to his INSEAD MBA degree, he earned a business management degree from the University of Mumbai. Born in Spain, Mr. Punwani speaks fluent Spanish and Hindi, and has travelled to over 40 countries worldwide.

Prior to joining The MBA Exchange, Ms. Burlingame’s professional experience included healthcare consulting, private and investment banking, as well as editorial and business development roles with The Condé Nast Publications (including GQ and Self magazines) and Vault.com. She speaks fluent Italian and conversational Spanish and French. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University.
Recognized by industry expert Poets & Quants as one of the "Top 10 MBA Admissions Consultants" for 2017, Ms. Horn is an MBA graduate with honors from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She was engaged by Kellogg to serve as an admissions interviewer. Immediately after business school, Ms. Horn was a senior associate at McKinsey & Co., advising technology and service clients on competitive strategies. She has worked in executive positions for DaVita, a Fortune 500 healthcare company; Viking River Cruises, a global travel firm; and Safety-Kleen, an industrial chemicals company. Since joining The MBA Exchange in 2011, she has helped a wide range of clients achieve admission to top-tier business schools worldwide. Ms. Horn earned a master’s degree in English and bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Bucknell University, where she was a recipient of the Mellon Foundation Fellowship.
Marina Glazman is an MBA graduate of The Wharton School where she served as an Admissions Fellow, assessing applicants for admission to the full-time MBA program. Ms. Glazman is currently the Founder and CEO of Suitely, a startup online retailer reinventing the shopping experience for home furnishings and décor. She previously worked in corporate strategy, consulting, and competitive intelligence, serving media, education, and pharma clients at Bainbridge, Inc; and worked in international revenue strategy at Dow Jones with The Wall Street Journal. Prior to Wharton, Ms. Glazman co-founded and ran Olympia Consulting Group, providing marketing strategy for growth stage retail, media, and hospitality businesses. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of California-San Diego in International Studies and Russian Literature.
Ms. LaRusso-Leung is the Managing Consultant for ArchAdmissions, the undergraduate admissions-consulting affiliate of The MBA Exchange, guiding applicants to top colleges and universities worldwide. In addition to managing sales and services for ArchAdmissions, she advises clients directly as well. Previously, Ms. LaRusso-Leung was an Associate Director of Admissions for Columbia Business School, serving on the admissions committee, assessing applications and interviewing applicants. She also has extensive experience as a career coach at New York University and as a coach at a global non-profit for high-achieving college students, including some with visible and invisible disabilities, helping them navigate the accommodations and disclosure processes. Ms. LaRusso-Leung has a bachelor of arts degree from Holy Cross and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
While serving Stanford Graduate School of Business as an admissions evaluator for five years, Ms. Chaibongsai reviewed over a thousand applications and led candidate outreach and information sessions overseas. She is a seasoned marketing professional and customer-focused entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience in sales, marketing, management consulting and venture capital in industries such as telecom, clean tech, retail and transportation. Prior to joining The MBA Exchange, she founded and led her own undergraduate admissions coaching business, was a director at an early-stage VC firm, and the director of marketing for a $100-million online auction firm. An MBA graduate of Stanford GSB, Ms. Chaibongsai earned her bachelor of science degree from The Wharton School with a concentration in strategic management. She is a member of the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling, Higher Education Consultants Association, associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association and is fluent in Thai.
