Whitelist Instructions

We will email you in response to your request for information or submission of an evaluation form. To ensure that you receive our response, we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, which is known as whitelisting. From the links listed below, click the one for your web-based, desktop or mobile email application for instructions on how to add our address to your email Safe Senders List, Address Book or Contact List.

If you have already submitted a form on our site but do not see an email from us in your inbox, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder due to overzealous filtering by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your desktop email software. Please open your spam or junk folder, look for it there, open it and mark it as “not spam”.

If your email application is not listed above, contact your email provider and ask them how to whitelist mbaexchange.com by adding us to Safe Senders List, Address Book or Contact list.

To make sure our email gets delivered to your Gmail inbox, create a filter to whitelist email from our domain:

  • Go to Settings > Filters
  • Click the “Create a new filter” link
  • In the “From” field, type in “@mbaexchange.com” (without quotation marks)
  • Click the link that says “Create filter with this search”
  • On the next page, check the box labeled “Never send it to Spam”
  • Click the Create Filter button

  • Open your mailbox and click “Options”
  • Click the “Junk Email Protection” link
  • Select the “Safe List” link
  • Copy and paste @mbaexchange.com into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”
  • Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box

Yahoo! Mail

  • Open your mailbox and click on “Mail Options”
  • Select Filters
  • Click the “Add” link on the filters page
  • Update the “From Header” rule with the following two pieces of information: “contains” and @mbaexchange.com
  • Click the “Choose Folder” pull-down menu and select “Inbox”
  • Select the “Add Filter” button

  • Click on Restrict Incoming Email
  • Click Yes to Enable Email Controls
  • Click “Allow email from addresses listed below”
  • Enter @mbaexchange.com

  • To add an entry to Safe Senders and Recipients, enter mbaexchange.com in the “Enter a sender or domain here text box”
  • Press Enter or click the plus icon next to the text box
  • Click Save

  • Select Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab and click add
  • Enter @mbaexchange.com and click OK

  • Go to the Rules tab, then click Add Rule
  • Create a rule for “If any of the following conditions are met: ‘From’ ‘Contains’” and then paste in “@mbaexchange.com”
  • From the actions, select ‘Move message to mailbox Inbox’
  • Click OK
