Do hours or services expire or carry over between school years?

For comprehensive packages, the engagement spans the full duration defined at enrollment—two, three, or four years depending on the tier. The work is completed within that period, paced in coordination with the student’s academic calendar and application timeline.

We do not offer open-ended, indefinite engagements. In our experience, work without a defined structure loses focus, and unfocused work benefits no one. Within the agreed period, pacing is flexible and shaped by where the student is developmentally and which phases of the process are active. Early-stage work is typically less intensive, centered on diagnostic assessment, extracurricular strategy, and academic positioning. The application year requires the highest concentration of effort.

The structure is intentional. Time is not banked, tracked, or metered; it is deployed where it most effectively strengthens the candidacy.
