What are the payment terms and enrollment process?

Enrollment is straightforward. After your consultation, if there is a clear fit, you receive a formal engagement agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and timeline for the selected tier. Payment is due upon enrollment and secures your consultant assignment and place in the workflow.

We accept standard payment methods and can accommodate structured payment arrangements in certain cases; this should be discussed during the consultation. Once enrollment is complete, the engagement begins immediately with the intake questionnaire and scheduling of the strategic planning session.

Medical school admissions is timeline-sensitive. AMCAS opens in late May, early submission carries a measurable advantage, and secondary prompts often arrive within weeks of verification. Candidates who enroll early enough to complete the Five Pillars™ Matrix, fully develop the personal statement, and refine the Work/Activities section before primary submission are in a materially stronger position than those who begin mid-cycle. We apply the same discipline to timing that we apply to the work itself.
